As a dancer and active individual all her life, Meaghan developed her true love for dance and fitness from a very young age. Growing up outside of Boston, she studied ballet, modern, and jazz dance pre-professionally at Jeannette Neil Dance Studio as a member of Boston Youth Moves and grew up dancing all over New York City. She recently graduated from Fordham University at Lincoln Center with a B.S. in Psychology in 2011, which she believes helps her from lasting relationships with her clients, truly changing both the body and the mind. Currently, She works for the Alvin Ailey Dance Extension, and is pursuing a career as a professional dancer in New York City, working with various choreographers and companies. Expanding her love for fitness, she is certified as a Pilates reformer and mat instructor, and has also helped launch the first Pure Barre location in New York City as a teacher. As a Pure Barre instructor, Meaghan has been able to fuse her love for dance and fitness into one amazing and effective barre method unlike any other.
