Yes! We take great pride in our reputation for quality and workmanship. Our return policy is upfront and liberal: Unwashed and unworn merchandise along with all hangtags attached may be returned anytime.
I received a Via Privé product that needs to be exchanged – how do I return it?

We've made returns simple and hassle free. Just follow these steps if your Via Privé merchandise didn't arrive exactly how you expected it.
  • Go to the my account page
  • Click on the 'My Orders' tab
  • Find the item you would like to return and click the 'Returns Exchanges' icon/logo
  • Give us a brief description of what you'd like to return and we'll contact you within 48 hours, guaranteed.
How do I return an order from overseas?

Unfortunately, US law doesn't allow us to provide international shipping labels. At this time we do not offer free return shipping for international orders. To learn about how to return an order from overseas, simply email the Fit Gurus by visiting our Contact Us page. Please fill out the form and they will assist you in completing your return. How long does the return process usually take?

At Via Privé, we are devoted to efficiency and timeliness. However, our returns department depends on third party logistics people to help with the process. Because of this, allow at least 2 weeks for returns, but no more than 3. If you're in a rush, call the Fit Gurus, 888 320 7563 and we'll expedite the process.

How can you promise the perfect fit to all of your customers?

Our pants are built with a custom designed – Quadra Core fabric. This high tech stuff stretches in 4 directions allowing for comfort and structure. The fabric squeezes your legs from calves to quads, creating the stunning lifted butt that Via Privé wearers love most. To top it all off, the waistband is meticulously designed to prevent the pesky “muffin top."

Sizing for activewear can be tricky, especially when you're ordering online! We understand the problems that arise with this, so we've provided a very detailed size chart where you can determine your fit.
