Courtney began her dance fitness career at a young age. At 15, she began teaching dance and found that she had a passion for helping others reach their goals. She spent four consecutive summers studying on Scholarship as a trainee at the hot and sweaty studios of the Joffery Ballet School in New York City. At 19, Courtney landed a spot on the first ever Boston Celtics Dance Team. In her second season with the Celtics she was apart of the 17th World Championship, and even has a championship ring to show for it. While living in Boston she attended Suffolk University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism. Over her professional career she has danced on NBC, ESPN, ABC, and NBA TV in Rome, London, China, New York, Las Vegas, Boston, and all over California. As an Orange County native Courtney soon discovered the hard work and dedication it took to have a ?bikini ready body? and decided to make it her goal to help others achieve their desired look. She is a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor and is also trained in pilates mat and pilates reformer. Her love for fitness and helping others has led her to Core et Barre where she is passionate about changing lives, one body at a time.
