Yoga has revolutionized Betty's life, from the inside out. Betty co-founded Stil Studio in 2009. She is a Founder of the now closed Stil Clothing, Stil Studio, PranaVayu Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Mother to beautiful Ines and Omar.

She has set out to bring together all passions under one roof. Yoga, lifestyle and fashion. She believes in the magic of Stil Studio as a platform to combine all of these passions. Her mission is to continue helping others reach their greatest potential from both the inside and outside.

Betty has owned and operated three of Boston Magazine’s Best of Boston awarded fashion boutiques, Stil Clothing, from 2004 to 2010. These stores radically changed the way women dressed in Boston. She was voted Best Dressed in Boston by The Boston Globe and Fashion Boston Magazine.

Betty showers many thanks to all the rock stars around her who have helped and guided her along the way.
