Jess studied Exercise Science at the University of Massachusetts. As the Mind Body Concierge, she is available to offer advice on how to get started in the world of Yoga or Pilates and make recommendations for private or duet lessons. Her goal is to inspire her students to work through their preconceived notions of their own capabilities. Jess believes that yoga is something that everyone deserves to do- something that can take you out of your ordinary day, help you find your hot spots and most importantly, let you have some fun.
