WOD 3
"Walk The Plank"
10 Min AMRAP
Scaled Teams- Worm 150lb, Walking Lunges 25lb/50lb

Buy In- Team will pick up the WORM and walk across a 10ft wooden beam prior to moving on to the next movement. If a team member falls off of the beam prior to all athletes crossing the entire plank they must start from the beginning and cross again.

Once Team crosses the plank successfully they will have a 20yd walking lunge with a log overhead.
Upon completion Teams will have 50 sit-ups as a team before moving onto 30 pushups as a team. Af-ter completion of pushups you will have a 30yd partner wheel barrel where each athlete holds a foot and the other athlete uses his/her two arms to get them to the 8ft wall. Once at the wall you will have 75 Air Squats. To close out the round all athletes must climb over the wall once they are completed with Air Squats. Once round is complete athletes will begin from the last movement (wall climb) working their way backwards.

50 Situps
30 Pushups
30yd Partner Wheel Barrel
75 Air squats
8ft Wall Climb

After completion of pushups you will have a 30yd partner wheel barrel where each athlete holds a foot and the other athlete uses his/her two arms until they reach the 8ft wall. Once at the wall you will have 30 hand stand pushups (Kipping aloud). To close out the round all athletes must climb over the wall once they are completed with HSPU. Once round is complete athletes will begin from the last movement (wall climb) working their way backwards.
